As a natural pessimist who trained herself into an optimist, I know firsthand that change isn’t easy. However, I also know that change is always possible. I am living proof that anyone has the power to be happy when they are given the right tools to use – the tools in this ebook. When do I receive the course?
You will receive the 30 Days of Happiness course ebook immediately after payment. Simply click on it to download it to your device. Make sure you save it somewhere it’s easy for you to find and access.

How much time does it take to do the course?
Each chapter will take about five minutes to read. The tips you are encouraged to practice vary in their length, with anything from a quick 30-second affirmation to a 10-minute journaling exercise in the mix. The best part is that you can choose when you do them. If you do want to get a real jump start to your happiness, I recommend reading a chapter a day and doing a tip a day to get meaningful momentum going. At the same time, if this feels too much, you can spread it out, or read the whole course and then go back to revisit and action the specific tips. At the end of the day, it’s best you do what feels right for you. Everything in this course is for you to enjoy and practice however and whenever you want.

What kind of content is in the course?
Each chapter will have an inspirational quote, encouraging imagery, text for you to explore, and a tip for you to practice.
