When can I start the course?
You will receive the first email on the first day of the course. You will receive 15 emails over the course of three weeks, all delivered Monday through Friday. These emails will be sent to your inbox at 7 AM CET. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox and mark the sender as a preferred sender so they come to your inbox in the future.
How much time do I need to do the course?
Each daily email will take less than five minutes to read. The tips you are encouraged to practice daily vary in their length, with anything from a quick 30-second affirmation to a 10-minute journalling exercise in the mix. The best part is that you can choose when you do them.
How much time does it take to complete the course?
Even though the course has been designed as a 15-day journey, it is entirely up to you if you stick to the schedule or spread it out. The emails will be in your inbox for you to look at when it feels right for you. You will also have the e-book at the end of the course that you can flip through however and whenever you want.
What kind of content is the e-course made up of?
Each daily lesson email will have an inspirational quote, encouraging imagery, text for you to explore, and a tip for you to practice. Throughout the course, you will also receive 3 audios which you can listen to when you desire.
What if I have a specific question during the course?

What happens when I buy?
You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. On the start date of the course, February 17th, you will receive the first email with the first tips of the course.
Can I purchase this as a gift for someone?
Yes, as long as you inform us of the correct email you’d like the daily course emails to go to. We also recommend you send the gift recipient a note to let them know you’ve bought it for them so that they can watch out for the emails as sometimes they can end up in the spam folder.
What if I have technical issues?

What if I already took the free 5-day self-love taster course?
That is not a problem. The stories and tips from the 5-day course are not repeated in this 15-day version. Instead, you will get 15 new tips on upping your self-love.
What if I don’t like the course?
You can get a refund after the first five days if you are not enjoying it by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 100 words on why.
