The first half of happiness is committing to do the things that feel right and meaningful to you. The other half is learning to release what doesn’t.

Too often, as a human, you cling to what you know. You hold on to what is familiar and what you’ve done before. You find it difficult to let go and as a result, you struggle to move forward. Rest assured, you’re not alone in this.

It’s comfortable to stay where you are and it’s comforting to do what you’ve always done. It’s easy to avoid change and it feels safe to stay in what you know best. Yet, it might not be what’s best for you.

As a human being, you are designed to grow and evolve. Change is a part of your humanness. Physically, about 60 billion cells regenerate in your body every day. Mentally, you’re consciously and subconsciously taking in every new thing you see. Emotionally, how you experience what you experience is stored as new information for future use. You are a dynamic being.

Now imagine that you are even more dynamic.

Imagine that you learn to let go of what holds you back so you no longer feel the weight of things you don’t want to carry. You stop doing what drains you so you have more energy to do what doesn’t. You eliminate the things in your life that make you feel bad so you have more time to do the things that make you feel good. You feel inspired and empowered. You find yourself doing less overall yet you’re doing more of the right things. As a result, you’re finding more time to simply be still. Say hello to living a simpler life more fully.

This is what The Release e-course is designed to help you do. It is designed to help you to:

Finally, you’ll be releasing the real stuff that hold you back – be it fear, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or something else.

Every day in the course, you will receive one tip, life hack or exercise to do to start the process of letting go. By the end of it, you’ll feel lighter, clearer and more content about who you are and where you are.

Questions & Answers:

When can I start the course?
You will receive the first email on the first day of the course. You will receive 10 emails over the course of two weeks, all delivered Monday through Friday. These emails will be sent to your inbox at 7 AM CET. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox and mark the sender as a preferred sender so they come to your inbox in the future.

How much time do I need to do the course?
Each daily email will take around five minutes to read. The tip or exercise you are encouraged to practice each day varies in its length, with anything from a 30-second affirmation to a 10-minute journalling exercise in the mix. The best part is that you can choose when you do them.

How much time does it take to complete the course?
Even though the course has been designed as a 10-day journey, it is entirely up to you if you stick to the schedule or spread it out. The emails will be in your inbox for you to look at when it feels right for you. You will also have the e-book at the end of the course that you can flip through however and whenever you want.

What kind of content is the e-course made up of?
Each daily lesson email will have an inspirational quote, encouraging imagery, text for you to explore, and a tip for you to practice. Throughout the course, you will also receive 3 audios which you can listen to when you desire.

What if I have a specific question during the course?
Just email Susanna at and she will do her best to help you out.

What happens when I buy?
You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. On the start date of the course, November 11th, you will receive the first email with the first tips of the course.

Can I purchase this as a gift for someone?
Yes, as long as you inform us of the correct email you’d like the daily course emails to go to. We also recommend you send the gift recipient a note to let them know you’ve bought it for them so that they can watch out for the emails as sometimes they can end up in the spam folder.

What if I have technical issues?
If you have any technical issues please email and we’ll sort you out.

What if I don’t like the course?
You can get a refund after the first five days if you are not enjoying it by emailing us at with 100 words on why.

What if I have a question that hasn’t been covered?
