When do I receive course?
You will receive The Release course ebook immediately after payment. Simply click on it to download it to your device. Make sure you save it somewhere it’s easy for you to find and access. You can even print it should you want to.
How much time does it take to do the course?
Each chapter will take about five minutes to read. The tips you are encouraged to practice vary in their length, with anything from a quick 30-second affirmation to a 10-minute journalling exercise in the mix. The best part is that you can choose when you do them. It is entirely up to you if you want to do every single tip that is given or simply a few. It’s also up to you if you want to try doing one a day or spread it out. I recommend that you do what feels right for you. Everything in this course is for you to enjoy and practive however and whenever you want.
What kind of content is in the course?
Each chapter will have an inspirational quote, encouraging imagery, text for you to explore, and a tip for you to practice. Throughout the course, you will also receive two audios which you can listen to when you desire. These audios are accessible via a link that you click on in the ebook.
