The start of a new year can add a lot of unnecessary pressure into your life. You’ve just survived the holiday season with the family (drama) and you’re looking forward to starting the year with clarity and focus. Yet, it’s tricky to get clear on what matters as most media outlets are telling you how to improve yourself, to get better, to make resolutions, to change, and to become the best possible version of yourself. This is what The Gentle Steer e-course is all about. Every day in the course, you will receive one tip, life hack or exercise to do to set the right intention for your year. By the end of the course, you will have a word for your year to guide you, a mantra you can repeat whenever in doubt, a visualisation meditation you can listen to whenever in need of clarity, a vision board you can glance at daily to remind yourself of where you’re aspiring to head, and so much more.

Questions & Answers:

When can I start the course?
You will receive the first email on the first day of the course. You will receive 10 emails over the course of two weeks, all delivered Monday through Friday. These emails will be sent to your inbox at 7 AM CET. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox and mark the sender as a preferred sender so they come to your inbox in the future.

How much time do I need to do the course?
Each daily email will take around five minutes to read. The tip or exercise you are encouraged to practice each day varies in its length, with anything from a five-second affirmation to an hour long vision board exercise in the mix. The best part is that you can choose when and how you do them.

How much time does it take to complete the course?
Even though the course has been designed as a 10-day journey, it is entirely up to you if you stick to the schedule or spread it out. The emails will be in your inbox for you to look at when it feels right for you. You will also have the e-book at the end of the course that you can flip through however and whenever you want.

What kind of content is the e-course made up of?
Each daily lesson email will have an inspirational quote, encouraging imagery, text for you to explore, and a tip for you to practice. Throughout the course, you will also receive two audios which you can listen to when you desire.

What if I have a specific question during the course?
Just email Susanna at susanna@happyologist.co.uk and she will do her best to help you out.

What happens when I buy?
You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. On the start date of the course, January 20th, you will receive the first email with the first tips of the course.

Can I purchase this as a gift for someone?
Yes, as long as you inform us of the correct email you’d like the daily course emails to go to. We also recommend you send the gift recipient a note to let them know you’ve bought it for them so that they can watch out for the emails as sometimes they can end up in the spam folder.

What if I have technical issues?
If you have any technical issues please email info@happyologist.co.uk and we’ll sort you out.

What if I don’t like the course?
You can get a refund after the first five days if you are not enjoying it by emailing us at info@happyologist.co.uk with 100 words on why.

What if I have a question that hasn’t been covered?
