I want to help you to feel less overwhelmed. How? By throwing a little happiness into the mix.
When you’re happy, you’re more productive, positive, and proactive. You’re also less likely to suffer from stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. Be it Christmas related or not.
This is why I’ve created the happiness advent calendar for you. It’s a 25-day journey between December 1st and 25th that helps you to slow down. It’s an opportunity for you to take a much needed moment for yourself so that you can feel better and more prepared for the manicness that sometimes surrounds this time of the year.
Each email is composed of an inspiring quote, a feel-good image, and a practical tip to help you on your journey of happiness.
They’re all designed to make your December a little bit happier and a little less stressful.
In this advent calendar, you will receive:
– 25 daily emails with 25 tips between December 1st and December 25th
– An e-book made up of the 25 tips you received
– A list of recommended resources you can dive deeper into after the course

When can I start the course?
You will receive the first email on the first day of the advent calendar, December 1st. You will receive 25 emails over the course of December, all sent to your inbox at 7 AM CET. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox and mark the sender as a preferred sender so they come to your inbox in the future.
Will I miss out on some of the tips if I buy the course after November 30th?
You will receive your first tip the day after you purchase the course. If you have missed the early days of December, you will still receive these tips in the e-book which contains all the tips. That is sent out in January.
How much time do I need to do the course?
Each daily email will take around five minutes to read. The tip or exercise you are encouraged to practice each day varies in its length, with anything from a 30-second affirmation to a 10-minute journalling exercise in the mix. The best part is that you can choose when you do them.
How much time does it take to complete the course?
Even though the advent calendar takes you on a 25-day journey, it is entirely up to you if you stick to the schedule or spread it out. The emails will be in your inbox for you to look at when it feels right for you. You will also receive an e-book in January with all the tips from the advent calendar that you can flip through however and whenever you want.
What kind of content is the advent calendar made up of?
Each daily email will have an inspirational quote, encouraging imagery, a short text for you to explore, and a happiness tip for you to practice.
What if I have a specific question during the course?
Just email Susanna at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will do her best to help you out.
What happens when I buy?
You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. On the first date of the advent calendar, December 1st, you will receive the first email with the first tip of the course.
Can I purchase this as a gift for someone?
Yes, as long as you inform us of the correct email you’d like the daily course emails to go to. We also recommend you send the gift recipient a note to let them know you’ve bought it for them so that they can watch out for the emails as sometimes they can end up in the spam folder.
What if I have technical issues?
If you have any technical issues please email email@example.com and we’ll sort you out.
What if I don’t like the course?
You can get a refund after the first five days if you are not enjoying it by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 100 words on why.
