Christmas can be a really stressful time of the year because of the insane to-do lists it brings with it. But it doesn’t have to be that way. You have the power to take the stress out of Christmas and enjoy it for the love fest it’s supposed to be. In today’s video blog I want to do exactly that by sharing three easy ways to cut your Christmas stress right away.

Some research has suggested that one in 20 people in the United Kingdom see Christmas more stressful than a burglary. How insane is that?! It definitely doesn’t sound like a jolly start to the holiday period.
