From Purpose to Passion [video]

Have you ever felt like you’ve wanted more purpose in your life? Have you wished your job had more purpose? Or are your just feeling a bit flat and looking for more passion? If you answered yes to any of those questions – or are simply curious about the answers – my latest TEDx talk will help you out.

In November I was invited to speak at TEDxSquareMile about the Power of Purpose. I thought it was a perfect match with my obsession with passion – especially as one of the keys to unlock your passion is having purpose! (If you’re curious about these keys have a look at my book Screw Finding Your Passion: It’s Within You, Let’s Unlock It.)

I encourage you to spend the next 12 minutes watching this talk – and don’t be afraid to take some notes too! At the end of 12 minutes you’ll understand what purpose has to do with passion, why they are both so important to your health and happiness, and how to find more purpose and passion in your work – and in life in general.

Now I’d love to hear from you. Pick one of the three questions at the end of the video and write down your answer in the comments below. I can help you if you’re stuck – and I’m sure the rest of the Happyologist readers will appreciate the inspiration you’ll give them!

If you’re looking for more help on this front, have a look at my new just released coaching packages. Maybe you’re looking for a one day intensive to get you in gear right away? Or a 10 week program to help you find your path and start your journey on it? Or perhaps you’re just looking for a 90 minute happiness booster? Whichever it is, I’ve got you covered. Here’s how.

If you enjoyed this post, please tweet it, like it, pin it, all of it – and you’ll be spreading a sense of purpose and passion around you.

With that I will leave you to your adventures – and you will hear from me in two weeks again!

Happy Regards,

Susanna :)

I really enjoyed this talk. It has given me a lot of food for thought. There are plenty of ways that I can re-frame my job in terms of what positive impact I am having. Also with the motivation question. I will start putting those to work from tomorrow. Thank You
